Andrea

Office Manager

Andrea joined Apollo Pet Hospital & Resort in 2019. She graduated from Penn Foster College with an Associate Degree for a Veterinary Technician, and certification for Veterinary Practice Management. Andrea has been working in the veterinary field since 2002. She began as a volunteer for a shelter and progressed from there. Andrea says she can’t imagine doing anything else.

Andrea has two daughters, Brooklyn, and Cailey–with whom she works. Her pet family includes Amos, a 7 year old Pitbull, Luna, a 5 year old cat, and Nikko, a 7 year old cat. Andrea spends as much time as she can with family. She enjoys all types of music, fishing, camping, cooking, and baking. A fun fact about Andrea is that she is addicted to all types of documentaries. She is a self-professed history nerd!

Brittany

Veterinary Technician

Brittany joined Apollo Pet Hospital & Resort in August of 2022. She graduated from Jefferson State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in the Veterinary Technology program. Having worked as a veterinary technician since 2013, Brittany loves teaching and training in the veterinary field. She feels that there is always something new to learn–from large animals to lab animals and everything in between. Brittany is currently working towards being able to teach in an institute. She is also interested in animal behavioral health and enjoys working with rehabilitating abused dogs.

Brittany has an 11 year old named Dominic; her pet family includes a 6 year old miniature Dachshund and a 2 year old Dachshund named Calico. In her free time, Brittany is an avid kayaker; she also enjoys painting, fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking, traveling, and she is foodie. A fun fact about Brittany is that she is left handed.

Cailey

Veterinary Assistant

Cailey has been with Apollo Pet Hospital & Resort since September of 2019. She is currently enrolled in the Licensed Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster College. Cailey is the daughter of Apollo’s Office Manager, Andrea. She has a boyfriend named Jake, and her special baby is named Willow. Cailey’s hobbies include drawing and singing. A fun fact about Cailey is that butterflies are her favorite. Just look at the hospital for the girl with butterflies all over her, and you will find Cailey.

Brandon

Veterinary Assistant

Brandon attended Bonanza High School. He also studied plumbing with the Area Technical Trade Center. Brandon became a member of the team at Apollo Pet Hospital in 2018, but he has been active in the veterinary field either directly or indirectly since 2015.

Brandon’s family includes his wife, Rachel, his brother, Chris, and parents, David and Linda. His pet family consists of Juno, an old doggo, Nyr, a young doggo, Sushi, a young cat, and Bug–who is a demon. Brandon is very active with his religion, and he is a pc and Xbox gamer. A fun fact about Brandon is that his Gamerscore is 191,710.

Eric

Kennel Assistant

Eric is a graduate of Grissom High School, Class of 2021. He joined the staff at Apollo Pet Hospital & Resort in 2021. His position as Kennel Assistant involves pet care and housekeeping for all the pets at the hospital. This is his first job in the veterinary field or any other field. Eric’s family includes his mom and dad, two older brothers, grandparents, and uncles. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing video games, watching sports, listening to music, and going to concerts. Fun facts about Eric are that he is an Alabama fan, and he used to play soccer.
